FAQ FOR CPS WARRANTIES FROM TAPEWORKS TEXAS:

Q: Can I buy my TV/Projector from anywhere, and then get a CPS Warranty from TapeWorks Texas?
A: Yes, as long as your unit has a manufacturer's warranty to begin with, and you have a receipt with the model number, pricing, date, etc.

Q: How long after I purchase my TV/Projector can I get a CPS Warranty?
A: The bulb warranty must still be purchased within 30 days of the purchase of the TV or Projector.

Q: When does the BULB Warranty Begin?
A: The bulb warranty, unlike the TV and Projector warranties, begins the date that the TV or Projector was purchased.

Q: What information do I need to give TapeWorks Texas when I purchase a warranty?
A: Only your name, address, phone, email, and payment information will be required at that time. The other details - TV model, serial number, etc - will be given to CPS after you receive your warranty cards in the mail via USPS First Class Mail.

Q: Is CPS a reliable company?
A: CPS has been in business for 12 years.  They have a good reputation.
