I was really nervous about completing a large purchase online and must have
asked 50 questions. Brian's patience was greatly appriciated and the whole

I purchased JVC HD61FH96 from Brian pool TapeWorks Texas. He was great to
work with.I got a very good price and he kept me informed throughout the
whole process.The tracking number was promptly sent to me so I could track
my new TV the whole way to my house. The TV arrived without a mark on the
box and it was on time. The picture is outstanding on my new 1080p JVC TV.
He even called me after the TV was delivered to see if the TV worked as I
expected and how well the shipping Co. had done. This was my first purchase
with TapeWorks Texas and I would without hesitation buy from them again! If
you are searching for a good deal with great customer service (almost
unheard of in this internet age) you found it TapeWorks Texas.

I decided to go against the flow of the digital ones and zeros and return
to analog recording. The TapeWorks Texas staff was extremely helpful while
i was trying to order tape for my analog reel to reel. They were easy to
talk to and answered as many of my questions as they could.

I say near, because Christmas meant my TV arrived a day later :) Otherwise,
everything was great and my new JVC P61R1U arrived (and looks) great.
Awesome price, excellent customer service, and no weird handling charges. I
couldn't really ask for anything more!

That about says it all. I got the HD-P61R1U 61" JVC pro set from Tapeworks. I was deciding between that and the Sony SXRD but went with the JVC for the price and the looks.

Brian was great and kept me up to date on all points of the transaction and even when there was a delay getting the TV order from the factory in customs, he let me know right away and told me what my options were.

All in all it was a very smooth transaction even with the slight delay and it arrived in perfect condition as promised and the delivery guy even helped us get it in and put it on the entertainment center where we wanted.

I am very pleased with my purchase and the service I got from Tapeworks. I'll definitely check them out if I'm ever in the market for another TV someday.

Brian was excellent and provided prompt and accurate information through email and over the phone. He even came out and delivered the TV personally, helped me set it up, and showed me how to use it. I am very wary of internet purchases but strongly suggest purchasing confidently from Brian...not to mention you will get the best deal around, believe me, I searched.
